In this Customer Service Officer role, you will be the point of contact for the customer. You handle all customer queries and ensure that the entire Order Management process runs smoothly. If there are any bottlenecks, you will discuss them with the customer and use your out-of-the-box thinking to ensure that they are resolved as quickly as possible.
You will be working in a nice international team of 8 colleagues and together you will take care of the entire EMEA region.
- Building good relationships with customers through regular contact and site visits.
- Processing and handling orders, including following up on samples and complaints.
- Answering customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Assess customer expectations and provide solutions that work.
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation on a daily basis.
- Work on improvements in the order management process by identifying risks and opportunities.
- Keeping structure and overview, even in busy situations.
